It's so simple:
Pork (possible prepared with 10 g ZARTAVO and 100 ml cold water per kg meat) cut in bite-sized pieces and seasoned it easily.

Depending on your taste add smoked bacon to it and fry it or cook it rather all together.

After cooling down add AVO Feine-Würzsosse for shashlik and mix 120 g sauce with 100 g roasted meat.

If you want to serve a warm take-away, than heat it together and put this in our “Snack to go” cup. Want the client warm-up this at home than fill it cold in our microwave portion cups.
